LGB relies on high quality local undergrowth plant resources, engaged in the production and sales of wild plants active ingredients extraction, health care products, functional food, pharmaceutical products and the development of bio-pharmaceutical products. The products are widely used in natural pigments, bio-pharmaceuticals, Chinese and Western medicines, food and beverage, cosmetics, health products and other fields.

LGB actively improves production process and riches product categories. In 2010, 14 patents were granted, 20 new patent applications and 1 imported patent. A recent announcement, LGB has signed a cooperation agreement with Yang Baofeng academicians (period of 5 years), who focused on the development of clinical medical science on the patients with cardiovascular, diabetes, cancer; also the developments on the new drugs and health care food for protecting liver, kidney and eyes.

LGB launched two new production lines of anthocyanin in 2015, the production capacity increased from 60 tons to 200 tons.

In July of 2016, LGB acquired a hundred years history Chinese medicine company called “Heilongjiang Dinghengsheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd”. Their future plan is to build their own overseas health care products brand by acquisition.
