On June 3, 2016, DaXingAnLing Lingonberry Boreal Biotech Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Chinese Academy of Sciences Tianjin Institute of Industrial Biotechnology (for a period of five years).

The two sides in line with the "equality and mutual benefit, complementary advantages" principle, agreed to establish strategic cooperative relation on the basis of mutual benefit, unify integration of resources, seek long-term common development in order to obtain good social benefits and return on investment.
